Karibu Textile Mills Ltd (KTM) is a private owned company in Tanzania, established 1998. It is one of the biggest texile mills in East Africa. KaribuKaribu means Welcome in Swahili, and the factory is producing the specific East African textiles, kanga and kitenge.
The company has 900 employées, of which 6 designers. The printing production is 250 000 meters/day. Up till now they have been importing the cotton from India, but are right now constructing a spinning mill, so that they instead can use cotton cultivated in Tanzania.
