Tingatinga
Tingatinga is a specific kind of African art developed in Tanzania. It has got it's name from the first painter and originator, Mr. Edward Saidi Tingatinga. The Tingatinga art  has developed during forty years, and since twenty years there is a co-operative of painters active in Dar es Salaam, the
Tingatinga Arts Co-operative Society (TACS).
