Watatu means three in Swahili.
We are three friends, two from Tanzania and one from Sweden,
who love African textiles and fashion. We think African textiles,
especially the Kanga and Kitenge, are great products.
They are fun, durable, and we would like more people
around the world to enjoy them.
In our range of products you also find organic
spices and accessories in bark cloth from Uganda in glowing colours.

and artisans in Tanzania and Uganda.
